Internet shopping (1)

internet_shopping I don’t know if I will become an Internet-shopper because there are many risks. I prefer going to the shop and buying what I want. I like to touch the product and if I buy clothes I like to try them on before buying them.

The consumer has the right to protection. Consumers have the right: to satisfaction of basic needs; to safety; to be informed; to choose; to be heard; to redress (to correct something that is unfair or wrong); to consumer education; and to a healthy environment.

There are some advantages to buying things on the Internet, for example: the Internet shopping sites offer a great variety of products; you can shop from your home or office at any time; you don’t need to go away from home; if you want a product and this product doesn’t exist in your country, you can buy it in another country via Internet.

Buying things on the Internet has some disadvantages, too, for example: the website can show photos of the products, but the shopper can’t feel, smell, taste or try on the products; it can also be difficult to find out when items will arrive and you can be deceived.
