Internet shopping (2)

fear internet No, I don’t have Internet at home. But if I had it, I would use it to do my homework.

I could also go to some Internet sites but I don’t think I would buy anything, because of certain misleading that could happen.

I think there are some advantages but there are also some disadvantages.

One of the good advantages is that a person can do his/her shopping without having to leave home. We can also compare prices. Besides, you can pay certain bills without leaving home.

The disadvantages could be: you can’t experiment certain clothing, so you don’t know if it will fit you. There is also a lot of misleading advertising.

Internet shopping (1)

internet_shopping I don’t know if I will become an Internet-shopper because there are many risks. I prefer going to the shop and buying what I want. I like to touch the product and if I buy clothes I like to try them on before buying them.

The consumer has the right to protection. Consumers have the right: to satisfaction of basic needs; to safety; to be informed; to choose; to be heard; to redress (to correct something that is unfair or wrong); to consumer education; and to a healthy environment.

There are some advantages to buying things on the Internet, for example: the Internet shopping sites offer a great variety of products; you can shop from your home or office at any time; you don’t need to go away from home; if you want a product and this product doesn’t exist in your country, you can buy it in another country via Internet.

Buying things on the Internet has some disadvantages, too, for example: the website can show photos of the products, but the shopper can’t feel, smell, taste or try on the products; it can also be difficult to find out when items will arrive and you can be deceived.
